…we believe in a holistic approach to life coaching that encompasses mind, body and spirit.

We believe that the human being is multi-faceted, consisting of four main components: the emotional child, the intellectual adult, the physical body and the spirit guide (soul). We believe that to live a truly fulfilling life, we must harness and fully integrate these four components.

We acknowledge that for the typical individual, life consists of many aspects. These aspects generally include some or all of the following: personal growth, romance, family, physical health, physical environment, friends/community, career, education, recreation/fun, emotional health, finances and spirituality. We believe that the quality of life is directly proportional to the degree with which we can balance and enhance these often disparate aspects of life.

We believe that a life well lived will yield a bounty of happiness, love, peace and fulfillment.
